Lots of Good Reviews and New Users !

Thanks for all the good reviews. A couple of them have missed the coolest feature, the Sync Window. Double click the parrot icon on the desktop or system tray to activate it. Then just drag and drop into there. The options let you choose between moving or copyng the photos to your DropGallery folder. This saves you a step. The Facebook commenting on Chrome now works if you share the link, or refresh the page. We are working on it.

No Big Crashes or Bugs

We have not had any major crashes or bugs reported in a bit, the newest build is nice and stable. Thanks to all the new users. One small Chrome issue that we are working out should have the Facebook commenting fixed.

We are now starting to show up on the Download Sites !

Our Windows Client has been approved as spyware and malware free and is now starting to show up on all of the software download sites. Within a week you will be able to find us on over 1000 trusted download sites !

Couple of New Things

We Have added a couple of new things to the site. Once you get to your photo we have added the Facebook commenting system. You can now leave comments on your photos and other peoples photos and choose to have the comments linked to your Facebook feed instantly. Also we have been approved and will be available on all of the major download sites within the next week. We are fixing a couple minor layout bugs that have cropped up in the site today. Should all be fixed up by the end of the day today.

Updates and New Places to find Us.

Hello All,
We will be pushing out another update today that may or may not have our download and backup feature in it. A few small bugs have been found and worked out and a few things have been moved around in the controls. You will get the update the next time you run DropGallery.

ps. try the Sync Window. Double click the parrot in the system tray. Drag and drop there, moves photos to your DropGallery folder for you. EASY!

Thanks to everyone who is trying out DropGallery. The bug you guys found with installing on XP has been found and we will have that fixed today. Thanks.

Please note that you need to have Windows XP with at least SP 2 and .net 3.5 to run DropGallery. Anyone who has ran Windows update in the last five years or so should be fine

Adding Features

After receiving some feedback from users we have implemented a few new features. We have added a sync window that allows you to simply drag photos into it. Double click the DropGallery parrot in your system tray on the lower right hand side of your screen. A window will pop up. Drag folders and photos into it to sync them. This instantly moves them to your DropGallery folder. If you want to copy them to your DropGallery folder instead of move them we have added a copy function n the controls. Right click the parrot icon, options, click the advanced tab and click the copy button. Keep the feedback coming in. We will be adding more functionality this week. To receive updates close DropGallery. Restart it and the updates will be downloaded. Thanks
